Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging/tags intact. Baymae Living covers the full cost of return shipping — you won't pay anything to send the item back.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we'll arrange a replacement or a full 100% refund, with all costs (including shipping) covered by Baymae Living.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item (where applicable).
